Resident Managers
All F&B apartment resident managers are encouraged and financially supported in gaining the Certified Apartment Managers (CAM) designation, which requires attending a 12-week course. Tom, Bob, and Laurie are all CAM instructors teaching economics of apartment investment, landlord/tenant law, fair housing, and apartment marketing.
F&B resident managers attend quarterly training sessions, which cover topics such as the propertys annual budget, skills in resident relations, landlord/tenant law, marketing techniques, delinquency collection, resident retention, maintenance and safety.

All resident managers participate in an incentive bonus program tied to the net operating income (NOI) of their property compared to budgeted NOI. Maintenance personnel are eligible to receive quarterly bonuses based on performance.
Every two years personnel are required to attend a state-sponsored seminar on sexual harassment and discrimination.
