Ferguson & Brewer Management Company
Ferguson & Brewer is performance focused. To enhance performance, resident manager training sessions are held quarterly to cover topics such as landlord-tenant law, marketing techniques, delinquency collection, resident retention, maintenance and safety. Creative and cost-saving solutions to challenging maintenance problems are shared at separate quarterly maintenance training sessions.

We hire outside professionals to enhance our in-house training program. All of our resident managers are encouraged and financially supported in gaining the Certified Apartment Managers (CAM) designation, which requires attending a 12-week course sponsored by the California Apartment Association. More than half of our staff has earned the designation. Tom, Bob and Laurie are all CAM instructors teaching economics, landlord/tenant law and marketing respectively.
